Stretching keeps your muscles limber, helps you prepare your body for movement, reduces soreness after a workout, improves performance and flexibility, and keeps your body supple. It will help you improve your level of fitness and enhances the quality of your life.
Place product behind your head. Bend your upper arm and reach up with the other arm to hold onto each loop of Luv 2 Stretch. Gradually move your hand up the product while pulling the upper arm downwards. Doing this on a daily basis will increase your flexibility, reduce tension, and will keep you feeling energized.
Place your hands through the loops of your Luv 2 Stretch. Take the product and hold it over your head while leaning your torso both towards the left and right sides. Once you feel tension then hold for 15 seconds. This helps stretch your torso and upper body.
Place your Luv 2 Stretch under your foot while lying down on a flat hard surface. Place your hands in the loops and gently pull your foot until you feel the stretch. Hold for 15 seconds. You can also gently pull your leg toward your head to stretch the hamstring. Once you feel the stretch hold it for 15 seconds. Do the same thing to both legs. Repeat on a daily basis to increase your flexibility.
